Section X: Electronic Hardware Depreciation
By completing a purchase at Aprex Tech, the Buyer acknowledges that high-performance computing hardware (including Laptops, Mini PCs, and Monitors) undergoes immediate and significant value depreciation upon the breaking of factory seals or unboxing.
By completing a purchase at Aprex Tech, the Buyer acknowledges that high-performance computing hardware (including Laptops, Mini PCs, and Monitors) undergoes immediate and significant value depreciation upon the breaking of factory seals or unboxing.
Consequently, any return request for non-defective items is subject to a Restocking and Administrative Fee of 80% of the original transaction value. The resulting refund will be equal to 20% of the item's purchase price. This fee covers hardware testing, data sanitization, and the permanent transition of the item to 'Open Box/Used' status. By clicking 'Checkout,' the Buyer explicitly waives the right to a full refund for change-of-mind returns.
